If you've been at Keystone Bike Park recently or if you've
been checking in on social media, you may have learned that the upper
part up TNT has been closed for the last couple of weeks. So what's
going on? I got the tour of what's been done so far by the trail crew
today and the changes to this trail should get riders pretty excited.
 |
After the initial drop in to TNT, a massive left hand berm will send
you into this section of more berms and huge jumps. |
 |
It's all about the details with even the landscaping is getting some
good attention. Carins, and rocks have been strategically placed
and trees were worked around throughout the trail. |
 |
Looking uphill at the series of berms that leads you into the lip of this right hand hip jump. |
 |
Trail crew members finish up the section that leads into a 25 ft.
step down jump. You'll be able to send it deep on this one which will
have a 35 ft. landing. |
Weather pending, the trail crew has a goal of wrapping up this section
of trail by the end of the first full week of August. From there, the
crew has plans to start cutting the new blue trail from the top Dercum
Mountain which will then connect to Eye of the Tiger. For more info on
what's in store for Keystone Bike Park, check out our
